Bit of an issue with excess fuel , turn fuel on and no problems with fuel coming from the overflow on the float bowl but down the road with panel's off I've noticed fuel spitting out of said overflow and its enough to make a right mess on the engine , any suggestions guys .

Fit a piece of clear pipe and fasten up vertically then you will see how much overflows. Vibration may be the cause.
