How much left/right play should their be on an Li Clutch Basket/rear sprocket?

that's the whole big cog part...
As its rocking a few mm from side to side
That's the basket and sprocket wobbling, not the plates..

If you have Sticky's manual have a look at the pages showing clutch sprockets. If, in the centre where the clutch plates fit, you can see a rivited on plate, that's a sprocket with a cushdrive.
