Work in progress Terry, no need to worry. We are hoping that we can accommodate all those that have applied for a ticket by the advertised closing date. The other Lambretta Clubs were given a slightly later date to get the information out to their members are then let the LCGB know how many tickets they required.

(You'll appreciate that a fair bit of committee time has been involved with ensuring that things are all sorted in good time for the 640 members heading off to Adria in the next few weeks).

there will be the usual 24hr security staff on the gate who can check you in, you probably won't be able to get your goody bag until Saturday though

3 of our members are now unable to go so if anybody needs a ticket there are 3 available. I know that we should return them to LCGB but due to time constraints this will have to be done on the day.

Sorry, but tickets aren't transferrable at this late stage. There are members who haven't got tickets for this event and were held on a waiting list. If time had allowed, your 3 friends tickets could have gone to the first 3 on the waiting list.

You will have noticed that all Shipston tickets have names of the back, and checks will be made against membership cards.

Good morning Toot, surely you can notify members on the waiting list and we can leave the tickets on the gate for them. we are not looking for any money on these just didn't want them going to waste knowing that there are people out there who want them!!
