Scootopia cutback wouldnt fit, peeled back the material and cut it some more ( took about an inch off ) , job done.
Allthough i started with a cutback style seat this would be just as easy to do with a full length ancilloti.

I'm making a seat base at minute it's a full seat with a bolted rear part snetterton style that stops just before the tank aperture. Then the front part takes the rest of frame to front and hinges.
It's all built, just needs the front covering to match the back (which I used on my sx for years)

Something like that might work???

Anyone got experience of the best type of glue to reglue the vinyl with?

Ended up with the Ancillotti which needed a trim as mentioned. Feels pretty hard at the moment so will need to break it in, done my first 50 miles running in my repaired GT186 kit today on it.
