As anyone got any experience with a 60mm crank fitted to rb20 , does it bring power band in earlier ?

I will be watching with interest

I wondered about an RB20 with a 60mm crank but a 115 ( yamaha ) rod rather than the usual 58/116

Hi mate, you would be better putting this question in the "Tuning and Kits" section. This section is for Forum Help only.

I've got a 60x118 in mine from Harry Barlow. It doesn't bring the power band in earlier but it's nice and smooth. Probably a bit torquier off the pipe

This link is a really good read on tweaking the RB20 m8,
& maybe one of the tuning guru guys can add more info on it?
