Some refinishing suppliers have their own mixing and aerosol filling facilities. (AE motor colours here in east yorkshire)
Most of the production colours are listed in sticky's book. All you need is the RAL number. These rattle cans are very good. They produce a good fan of atomised paint spray. Expect to pay £12+ per can.

I used the 1k stuff to paint my GP in rattle cans, a set of legshields took about 2.5 cans and I used another 2 on the horn cast, mudguard and loop. With primer it cost me about 100£ all in plus my time.
