Have bought a Spanish sx 200 engine casing which is in process of rebuild but have got a new rear hub stamped innocenti part number 19-54-5120 but when I try to fit it wont go over the brake shoes I removed the shoes and fitted hub on it own, it then rubs casing when rear hub nut done up.Is there a different hub for sx? the engine is fitted with LI 150 gearbox could this the problem HELP

Have you got the washer on the back of the cone ?
Is it the correct cone ?

Sorry to take so long getting back to you but only on line weekends the cone came with the hub but I do not even get that far if the brake shoes are fitted the hub will not go on it fowls the brake shoes. are there different brake shoes for sx or is the hub the wrong one

All series 1, 2 and 3 hubs are interchangeable. Some brake shoes are not made to "exact" standards and can be a bit too big. Some casings (especially SIL) have the brake pivot pins out of alignment which can throw the brake shoes out of line, some hubs are not exactly round which can obviously cause fitment (and running) problems......
Have you got a Stickey's manual ? plenty of good tips and advice which may be assistance

Seveta hubs are similar to Series 3 and based on late Series 2. Thicker around the brake lining, much heavier and apparently the best hubs. Page 208 Sticky's Bible. Hope this helps.

Did not have shim behind cone this has sorted the hub scraping the engine casing but still issue with brake shoes have ordered new shoes (Beedspeed) hope this sorts problem thanks for all your help will let you know results

Don't forget to slaken off the rear brake cable when fitting the hub. It might be that the brake cam is slightly 'on', making it impossible to get the hub back on
