do you think a sx150 gearbox with a 16 sprockets will be ok with a MBRT 195 kit. it's quite a torquey kit so should pull 4th from reasonably low down, do you think?
just fretting a bit about the 3rd-4th jump.

Took my SX box out last year that was coupled to a 16T sprocket. The problem I found was that 3rd was too short. Hit an incline at 60 and feel the engine labour, change down and nearly revved its nuts off in 3rd.
Put an LI 150 box in with 16T front sprocket and it's a different beast now.

I ran a tuned 190 on that box for several years. I got used to the jump between 3rd and 4th and just rode to it. Try it and see for yourself
