Pm tuning front hub bearing

Hello
Anyone got any instructions on how to change the bearings on an early pm tuning billet hub, I believe there are two bearings, just checking before I get the hammer out :?

Just in case anyone is interested, I put the two parts of the hub in the oven and they came out and went in easy as.
