I'm happy with mine, it fits well, holds a lot of fuel and doesn't leak...That's kind of what you want from a long range tank so I'd recommend an Oiltek tank.

Got mine from them after trying another from somewhere else that leaked. The Oiltek one is spot on, Paul even tested it in a series 2 Spanish frame to check it would fit before he sent it to me and it did.

No leaks, fit and forget. Highly recommended.

Got one in my GP, no leaks, have had very favourable comments from engineers on the standard of welding and more importantly fitted first time with no fettling. Very pleased and the customer service was excellent

Be nice if they made one to fit with a toolbox as well.

Wouldn't have thought so. A lot of the twist and go's have plastic tanks.

!2 litre isn't that big is it?, the larger version of the standard shape tanks hold 10 litres and still allow you to keep the toolbox :?

Stainless products tank. allows use of tool box, fits well, no issues with fuel tap, contamination, rust, and engine mount.
I had very briefly an enlarged tank that I think came from V.N. terrible....
Available from Stainless products or Camb Lamb.

What was the total cost including carriage and import tax please? Is the fitting kit included and does the standard fuel tap and rod fit?

Fitting kit included,i am using fast flow tap with standard rod all fit perfectley.Really fast delivery to UK.....held up in customs longer!

costs :

£139.75 Tank
£32.81 Shipping
£41.00 Import tax

£213.56 in total
( I paid about the same for a stainless tank a few years ago, same capacity, just fancied something different for a change.
Will post pics when finished.
