how do you apply for a historic excepted mot

Hi all,
how do you apply for a historic mot on the 20th may. and road tax, it says on my V5 historic vehicle but I have not taxed it as been on a sorn.

You have to fill in a new form and take it to a DVLA Post Office and declare that it has not been modified. We will all find out more in a few days....

There is no form as yet that I know of. Is there one for the pre 1960 excepted mot.

my 1959 series one registered historic, when it came to tax just done on line and it accepted it with out an mot.

I think that when you tax it as being "historic",you have to declare it as a not needing/being exempt from MOT.
