Really looked foward to fitting it to my TS1, unfortunately as carb is right hand side, tool box has to go and the the rubber elbow is compressed by side panel when fitted
Ideas anyone ?

With a TS1 you don't have to discard the toolbox.
There are aftermarket manifolds available to get around this issue, but a cheap way is to carefully and neatly dent inwards that bottom corner of toolbox that is causing the restriction with a suitable small hammer. A touch up to the paint work and all works well.
Unfortunately, the side panel issue is another matter. Just depends what carb you is using.

The hose is 55mm deep, but you loose 10 mm pushing over the plastic bell on the dellorto carb.
