I'm after some advice please.
I have a S1 LI 125 frame breather which is very slow and needs running in.
Is it a straight swap to fit a SX150 barrel and piston which I've removed from a standard SX150. I also have standard carb from SX150 too.
Any advice from you guy's would be welcome.
Thanks

Hiya, yes should be fine to swap over the top end and carb though might be worth replacing the crank, bearing and seals with a later li type as the early S1 set up had a weird arrangement with the lubrication of the flywheel bearing.Paul

Why not put the whole SX150engine into the Frammebreather? You can put the original engine on the shelf and save it for later.

Thanks Paul and Knowledge.
I believe it had a new crank when restored by previous owner. I will leave mag side bearing as it is I think. I can't swap whole SX engine as it's in my SX with Mugello kit on it.
I'm just looking for a bit more power for summer then I'll rebuild S1 engine with a kit in winter.
Thanks
