Brilliant! Fitting the endplate bearing on video 3!

And he's as bad at videos as he is at fixing engines. Cant see what hes doing half the time, but can hear him sniffing all the way through and telling us when he needs a wee!

I haven't had time to check through them all but the guy has a lot of other stuff including servicing the carb which looked to be up to his usual standard ;)

I've just watched 2 and 3 and I'm not sure I can take any more :? The fitting of the selector spring and balls was hilarious  (start of episode 2) I mean I know it isn't the easiest of jobs but it was quite excruciating to watch  Have to admire his dogged persistence though,

  I saw this video a couple of weeks ago when attempting to fit my selector cursor for the first time. I think it took me 30 seconds.

Just had to go and see if I could beat that time .

Whats the best time you can do can you beat 17 seconds ;) ?

just had a quick look at this :o . He was fitting the flywheel and putting the cylinder head on.

Timing set at 20 degree and no spring washers on cylinder head.......is the rest as bad as this :? ?

No wavy washer on the rear hub, you don't see him tightening the nut which would be well nigh impossible with the engine on the bench but he did fit the lock plate and used threadlock which implies that he ';though't he'd tightened it enough. Compressing the clutch using a length of wood wedged under his shelf was inspirational :?

Rebuilt the engine, put the drive side oil seal plate on,but no halite washer..................and wondered why it smoked so bad when he started it up.
