Good evening
I have nearly finished my rebuild of an early 1960 Li 125 with a 175 conversion and 12 volt electronic ignition. It will have the standard Li crank shaft.
Does anyone know of an electronic flywheel that i can use that will fit the thinner standard crank shaft without having to make alterations to the flywheel boss,
i don't want to upgrade the crank shaft.
cheers.

Scooter Restorations do them and there's loads on eBay. Wouldn't recommend one bought direct from India though

Take a look at the Anthony Tambs one’s,they are available in li or gp taper and come with a small slot machined into them so you can set the air gap of your pick up (if you need to that is) great quality and none of the rough edges on the windows like some of the others on sale.

The ones from India are the same ones most dealers sell.
In the last 5 years I have bought at least a dozen from India and fitted them for scooterists. None have so far failed.

I think a mid weight flywheel would probably work well for you. It would liven it up a bit and put less strain on the crank.
