fuel tap flow

I need to check if my fuel tap is working properly
does anyone know how can i measure if the flow is good
for example i can take of the petro pipe from the carb side and let fuel flow in a bottle.
what is the rhythm of the flow so I will say my tap is working properly?

Measure 12 ouzo shots per minute,you need to be quick and careful not to spill petrol on the floor
Some people measure it in pints,in this case one pint per minute .

i would prefer to measure in ounces
as this is the unit I use for my gin cocktails
