Busted my S3 chromed ring...............

Postby Lord-Spanner » Sun Jan 08, 2023 9:17 pm

Yes I know I'm a twat  , pulled it in the frame nicely but turned slightly as it was going in so grub screw did't line up correctly, anyway I tried to knock it out and now it knackered but not completely (I would post a picture but it says "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached" what ever that means) so it's going to be difficult to comment about said shagged chromed ring without seeing it, but wondering if its usable as is, repairable or if anyone has a genuine one they would like part with for some dosh

I actually found a NOS chromed ring and a NOS frame/fork bearing insert runners off Swiss Tony's scooter spares, I can highly recommend them

I've maybe got a re-chromed original in the secret facility.
