If I change the barrel, piston barrel studs, cylinder cowling fro S1 to S3, what other things are different ?
Will a series 3 exhaust fit or am I still stuck with S1/2 exhaust ?

Based on my own personal experience, standard S3/GP/dl exhausts (including Casa, Tutto and OEM) will not fit on a S1 or S2 with a kit or mid-late production S2 or S3 cylinder. The front of the exhaust will foul the main strut. Clubmans, both the fixed 'shark fin' type (i.e. AF, Evergreen Ancillotti/Scootopia, Casa S1/S2 type) and the adjustable type (i.e. BGM) will fit no problem.

I would love to fit a standard GP/dl exhaust to a kitted Series 1 or 2 and would be happily proven wrong.

I run a RT@195 on my series 2 with BGM box exhaust and I fitted a series 3, rear damper unit.which gave me enough clearance.I understand its not cosha to do this but I have not had any problems so far.

Its on a Eibar series 2 Li150, not mine , so presume what ever came as standard with them.
