Frame repair

After having a series 3 frame blasted and all the paint removed it was found to have some rust holes in the tube between the front strut and just behind the main strut, it obviously has had water in it at some time. Anybody had similar issue that was repaired, or know of someone that can repair the tubes.

Depends on whereabouts in the Uk u live will give better results on fabrication/ welder locations
