Gear post/arm washers

I'm rebuilding an engine and stripped everything down months ago but cannot remember what washers go where?

On the gear post swivel is it: Base, swivel, washer, then cirlip?

Does the tie rod have a washer underneath where it connects to the outer left cable swivel?

And what is supposed to be on the gear arm to tie rod?
