Alloy rims washers

Postby Covboy » Sun Dec 28, 2014 7:29 pm

Ok - I have bought a pair of AF Rayspeed alloy rims and each wheel comes with studs , nuts and both "wavey" and flat washers.

I presume that the flat washer goes between the hub and rim, and the "wavey" washers go between the rim and nut......is this correct ???? :?: :?:

Unlikely, I'd have gone with wheel, plain, wavy or just wheel, wavy.

I can't think of any reason why you'd want a washer between the hub and the wheel.

I think the only reason you would do that is if you had a 100/90/10 tyre on and it was really close to the casing.
