Hi all what should be the correct spring for a R1 type shock to fit a ser 2 TV 175 thanks

Without being rude, it depends what you weigh and whether you'll be using it with pillion and luggage or just solo.

Most go for a 225 lb spring but I prefer a 180 then use the adjusters to suit.

I am just under 12st, and use the 180lb spring (if this helps)

10 stone 180lbs always travel on my own with a sizeable bag.
