Yes mine does - as usual it's takes a bit of jiggery pokery with rubbers / straps but it fits with a standard toolbox

mates got one in his, running with an Avanti kit and 30mm Dellorto.......think he had a bit fettling to do as well.

I've fitted one in my series 3 and would recommend the bolt on version as opposed to the straps (if they fit a series 2 ?).
