series 1 cases

Anyone know if there's enough meat on a 1959 series1 150 casing to get a 200 block conversion done?

That's mine in the aforementioned thread with the two exhaust studs enlarged.

Thanks.
Looks like it's possible but could be expensive.
I've got a couple of stage 4 Indian 200 barrels on the shelf and a mugello 225 so thought it might be cheaper to convert the cases rather than buy an rt or mugello small block kit.

Marty

It wasn't when I got it done 2012 - cost me £180 for the lot - including the vapour blasting.

I think it's a tad more now with a long lead time.

Think Mike Phoenix charges about £150 for the welding/machining.
