J-Range rear hub cone

Postby 57Speedster » Mon Nov 09, 2015 11:04 am

Hi All, would anyone know where I can get a replacement rear hub cone for my Cento ?
It has a replacement Brake Drum, (genuine Innocenti), which uses the 6 degree angle cone, but I'm struggling to find one.
Lots of suppliers have the early 8 degree cone, (Part number 2005 7003).
Any pointers would be much appreciated.
Cheers

I'm afraid I don't know the answer but would a Sunny cone fit?
I presume you've tried scooter restorations for one and Rimini for a NOS one?
Only other idea is someone in Stoke advertises in scootering saying he has J parts.
Getting a new hub and cone would obviously be a more expensive & unfortunate option.

Thanks mickey c, Not sure about a Sunny Cone, but I have ordered a J-Range cone from SR, hopefully it's the right one.
If not, I'll try Rimini and pay the postage cost.
John in Stoke has helped me in the past, he has a lot of good used J range parts, so if I can't get NOS, I'll call him too.
Cheers

I spoke to Jeff at Scooter Restorations, sent me a NOS cone, a bit grubby, but a perfect fit. :D
