LD throttle sleeve

Chaps
I am having a real problem trying to source a throttle sleeve for a LD.
I have tries all of the usual Scootopia, Scooter Surgery, Cam Lam, Scooter Restorations, The Bay etc etc but all to no avail.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a spare set of (rusty) handlebars with both end assemblies still on, i.e. good throttle and gear change mechanisms. Let me know if you have no joy with Howard.

Just to let you know - Patrick at Scooter Surgery is having some Stainless ones made.
