It’s basically getting people out and about on their scooters visiting and logging various landmarks/places with a photograph and rider number for Identification which in turn gives you points, which in the end the person with the most points wins.
Like has been said above the Vcb run one which seems to be pretty successful.

Not this time unless LCGB rules for the competition allow other makes to enter. Entrants in the VCB competition are limited to Vespa, Piaggio or LML scooters.
