Turn next right onto B5320 towards Pooley Bridge
Left onto A592 along shore of Ullswater then up Kirkstone Pass
At Kirkstone Pass Inn take right hand fork down the struggle to Ambleside.
Approaching Ambleside left onto A591 for app 1 mile. Turn right onto A593 with BP garage on left.
Fuel BP Garage Lake road A591 LA220DF 115 miles
Follow A593 for 5 miles turn left onto B5285 towards Hawkshead Hill
Fuel BP garage Coniston A593 LA218EN, 500 yards on left after B5285, if using will need to double back. 123 miles
Follow B5285 app 1 mile round top of Coniston water, take right hand fork
Follow un-named road along shore with Coniston on your right until Lowick
Left onto A5084 app 1 mile then left onto A5092 until RB
Right at RB onto A590 towards Ulverston
A590 RB (Gulf fuel on left 137 miles) straight on at RB
Next left onto North Lonsdale Road follow for app.2 miles
Left at T Jct. Straight on at RB
GSK sports and social club on Right LA129DR (Final signing on point)
There are camping facilities, showers, toilets and refreshments available
There will be an evening do at the Red Rose Club from 20.00, Victoria Road, LA120BY.

When you cross the Durham-Cumbria border on the A689 between Lanehead and Nenthead you are on the highest A road in England at 627 metres, 2057 feet. There is an unclassified road 8 miles away between St. Johns Chapel and Langdon Beck given the same height but there are none higher.

Been to see Seaton Hotel landlord tonight.

He looking forward to us meeting and greeting there on Friday. Couple of old bikers in there interested!!

He is doing a reduced rate for rooms, if anyone needs one.

He will open the rear car park up for us on Saturday morning, to meet, as its pay to park on front and only a very small mbike space.

He opens at 1700hrs

So please meet at the Seaton Hotel rear carpark Saturday

Bar is cash only, its Hartlepool prices and he dont do food.... Its old school!!

Plenty food around on the main street.
