C2c

Hi C2c in 2016 any idea when it will be ?

I have an absolute nightmare getting time off work so as much advance notice would be appreciated.

And yes I do realise everything will be revealed at the agm, I'm just looking for as much notice as possible.

Any help would be great

Yours in anticipation

Hi,
I'm in same position as you regarding getting time off work.
But you won't find out where or if C2C is taking place until the AGM in January. The last few years C2C has taken place a couple of weeks before the first national rally.

But with the first national rally being early this year that may not be the case.

Think it will be wait and see.

Would be nice if we had a "no later than.....or before" dates....or even the month ?

I've took the plunge and booked a holiday in early March........hope the C2C isn't too late this year as the missus won't be happy :?

be nice if we could have set dates for all the signing on events something like the first weekend of one month second on another or x number of weeks after a national or something along those lines doesn't affect me now but it would make it easier for those working to sort hols in advance

Not quite correct mate, I blame the two stroke fumes for our memory fade.....

2011 .. C2C.. Sept 18th
2012 .. C2C.. Sept 8th
2013 .. C2C.. Apr 20th (3 weeks after Easter National)
2014.. C2C.. Apr 5th (2 weeks before Easter National)
2015.. C2C.. Apr 18th (2 weeks after Easter National)

This years C2C was my favourite event of the year.... superb..
Whichever date is picked for 2016, can the committee book the same weather as we had on the Saturday riding through the lakes at this years event...???? :D

I stand corrected Col, I should do more research before leaving a comment

But have to agree this year's C2C was fantastic, apart from snapping me exhaust near Keswick, and look forward to next year's event.

Cheers.

Well said Eden. A bit of perspective needed at times.
