Know quite a few that have already booked accommodation to do the North Coast 500 over the August Bank Holiday weekend 2018.

Never done this before myself, but very much looking forward to it after doing a ride around the North of Scotland in 2017.

I do know that Petrol stations are few and far between.

Yes it does look lovely on the website, and regarding fuel the intention is to somehow strap a couple of Jerry cans to my scooter

It's certainly on my bucket list.
Probably unbeatable if the weather is kind and probably unbearable if it isn't.
When I have the right tune of scooter for it I'll definitely be up for it. Not this year though.

Myself and the wife on pillion did the NC500 along with some of our club members/ I can recommend it. Fantastic ride, challenging in places, with amazing scenery. The weather was kind to us, hoping for more of the same this year, has we have booked our hotels etc to take part again in this years NC500. I did not struggle for petrol, but a few did, But i only have a std 22mm carb fitted. see you up there.

Is there an informal FaceBook page etc for further details of this year's trip?
