The plate looks spot on, how is the motor performing?

Much better than expected. It’ll not set the world on fire but its performance is more than enough for me and the group I travel with.
If I regularly travelled with riders on much higher performance machines it’d be a different story no doubt.

The PHBL 25 jetting I ended up with on a standard seat may have been now compromised fitting the ancillotti
The Ancillotti seat fits a little tighter to the frame than the standard seat and could be restricting airflow via the air scoop.

As soon as it warms up I’ll be out on a test ride to confirm
And once the jetting is sorted I’ll post to this thread as a reference for anyone else.

The yellow and black reflective plate looks perfect. I remember doing same in mid 70's but raised letter ones where all the rage. Scootopia seat looks well. I have used these on last 2 builds and I like the way they sit on frame. Hope engine performs for you. Enjoyed this thread

Having completed months of decorating I’m sorely missing some garage time.

To that I’m inventing some jobs that need doing
On the spare standard engine the mag flange holes that fasten the cowling have helicoil repairs
Below is an image of the worse one hanging on by the skin of its teeth!

I’ll strip out the mag flange and take it Dean and get this fixed proper
