DL 125 rebuild

My 69 DL 125, nut and bolt rebuild with a 185 muggy! Paint just polished, keeping the weird Muriel on!

Not a clue Toddy, asked as many people as I could, including some Italians!
The general consensus is! It's a boob! I'm trying to live with it being some sort of garlic crusher!
I'd love to know myself, so if anyone else has an idea?
