My local Italian restaurant....

Postby wellerchap » Mon Nov 16, 2015 11:22 pm

...a place called Rinaldi's in Wakefield.....I've been going here since it opened (over 20 years ago?) and the current owner's a Lambretta owner....keeps his collection in the restaurant...

These 2 were up there in Dec last year when I was in there....one's a standard 150 - other's got a Mugello kit on (built/restored at Solely Scooters in Rochdale).

...the owner (a local bloke) was telling me he was fancying one over the entrance door too.
Jump forwards to tonight, and Hey Presto !....SX150 with nice paint and some lovely accessories

Amazing.

Two years ago I ate at Jaime Oliver's restaurant at Shepherd's Bush,
he had two Special/SX CEV headlights on the wall,
if you think that you are fast enough...

Hi
I've just seen the photos of the Italian restaurant In wakey.
I agree on one hand it seems a shame to have the lammys "on pedestals" but If I owned those three I would be equally proud :  and the sx over the door looks stunning ,so well done to the owner .
We were looking for somewhere to have a family meal next week for my birthday. :D so this place does it for me Lambrettas, Italian food, family thanks for sharing it I cant wait.
