Chrome forks I had done for the cutdown in 2009, retrieved from my Dad's loft.
To be rebuilt with progressive springs this weekend and copious amount of pike nuts.

Cheers mate, all feeling very positive, next parts of engraving should be back soon (my fault for delay as I didn't know what design to use on the headset top/plus life got in the way).

Petrol tank is at the chromers getting prepped for plating then will go for some engraving before chroming.

You can't have too many pike nuts or Maltese crosses on an 80s cut down.

Nice one, keep the updates coming

I found a mint pr of rear runners in my folks loft, painted up for SX over 25yrs ago....

And a px bumper bar... Say nowt!

Six Million Dollar man was lurking about aswell... In the nudy sadly... he had the engine and his bionics all still worked.

Some good vinyl aswell

Was hoping for a late 80s razzle behind the water tank.... Must have took it with me when i left... Best check my loft....

Cash in the attic

A fella called Ian Groves from St Helens, found him on ebay selling an air scoop he had engraved.

What's to do on Stone Roses?

Here's a photo I've found of the cutdown how it used to be in the early 90s.
Its always been known as the 'green' un', I plan to put a nod to this somewhere on the build. Maybe the engine block in its old colour.

The tank was done in around 2004.
The top of the loop I wanted fully smooth to show off the Metalflake and patterns and something custom I've never seen done.
Later to be ripped from me personally by a chap that runs scooter parts shop in Vietnam

I think it was Oscar Wilde who said "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery"

Like Knowledge when BGM "invented' the threaded back brake cable

Was the Toecutter the big bloke on Mad Max with a sheepskin gillette?

Or is it advertising a side line in podiatry....

You are correct Mr Watty.
Toecutter was the baddy in Mad Max and then Immortan Joe in Fury Road.

I forgot to add the helmet I've done to go with the bike, an almost replica.

Biltwell Gringo with cheapo Amazon goggles, all needs roughing up a bit and to replicate the hindu figurine on the front.
