Not sure if he's a local hero, or if it's technically a memorial? This Martian is in Woking, near work, something to do with H G Wells. Spotted it while out on the shop bike.

Had a quiet standby at work Tuesday night and daughter is off for easter so we went to Dublin yesterday and swapped a prize gift voucher for some nice new gloves.

First to arrive at the Luton Lambretta Club meet on Thursday.
This is at The Cock Inn, Broom, Bedfordshire. The Cock is Grade 2 listed and one of only a handful of pubs in the country that has no serving counter, you are served essentially through a hatch!
