I like the sound of the engine spec. I wasn't sure about the signwriting when I first saw it but it's growing on me :D

Full Engine spec is pretty straight forward - nothing special
Casing is a SIL 150 converted at Oiltek - blended to match barrel
Steel lined TS1 to 66mm using IT175 piston with 1.5mm off bottom of barrel
Standard reed set up with MB manifold
RD 400 rod in SIL webs
19/46 with SIL 200 g/b
IWIS chain with nylon guides
Genuine SIL ignition rewired and slighly lightened SIL flywheel
Gonna use a 30mm carb - probably a 30mm phbh
Taffspeed copy pipe

Home build (with a bit of help from DSC Scotty)

It will be interesting how it fairs against my 2x 225TS1 motors in a GP and a SX

As for the signwriting - It came from a pub conversation after a few .... its a talking point !

that's the sign writing complete

that's the sign writing complete

All the powder coating was done at Elite in Darlington and the paint was done by a mate

I`m still not sure if I like series 2 but it is growing on me

Turned a nice job out there Gary, a fine looking machine.
I'm hoping to have mine back on the road this weekend too. Also looking forward to breaking in a new build etc
