Frame Loop Adjustment

Anyone got some advice ?

Frame loop is pushed in at the rear / bottom of the loop. Flywheel side is further in than kickstart side.

I reckon I need to pull / push the loop out by about 1". I've read / heard comments that its possible to use a scissor or bottle jack to push out.

Can anyone advise where to place the jack to brace against - so that the loop is pushed out. The rear wheel would be the obvious choice - but not enough clearance to get onto the bottom of the frame.

I'm guesstng that i need to but some wood across the frame so that the frame is pushed out in sync - resulting in the loop straighting from left to right as well as being pulled.
