I would like to change my engine number on my TV 200 V5 to a different TV200 engine number. I have read DVLA are requesting a headed letter from a garage/scooter workshop to clarify changes up or down in cc. Does any body know who I can get in touch with for this.
Or is there anyone who can sort this out for you, like some guys do when registering a scooter ? Obviously for a price.

you're not changing your cc just engine no, just change it on your log book & send it to DVLA bud

As said, just send V5 to DVLA with a change. Is CC staying the same?
