Over 40yrs FnF, forgiven for not remembering.
At the end theres a sign for Four Alls Pub (Camerans Ales)... Thats on the A64, still there but not trading.

Proper lads in pisspots lids with chin straps, L plates, cradle back rests, brand new "new line" (P Range), parkas, jam shoes, sun glasses with no sun out..... It was a yorkshire mod mod mod world......

Just brilliant.... Need more if that.

Came to me via Squire! Newsletter, it was the first time a mod band had filmed (at the Bridgehouse) on Mod Monday

Most of that made me cringe but the Chords at the end made me smile. Also, the point about Purple Hearts being a punk band, yes, of course they were. But, they were really good live whatever label you gave them :)

Those type of news/docu's always do....

The Chords and the Purple Hearts definatly for me were the highlight bands of 79... So Far Away and Beat That remain in my 10 LPs.

Try the the live Chords LP No ones listening anymore... At the Rainbow in 1980 when they supported the Jam... On top form.

Was great to see them togther at Buddy's 60th (less Chris Pope) with Purple Hearts Simon Stebbing stepping in on lead guitars and Undertones Damian O'Neill helping out...
