28mm VHST BS success

has anyone successfully set up and running a dellorto 28 or 30mm VHST?
i was thinking of putting one on a RT230 piston port with bgm v4 box pipe (open mouth)

any thoughts/ advice greatly appreciated

They are a fickle thing and a right bastard to set up although Rimini has had some good results on the SST in touring format
I’ve still got my two and heavily modified with most of the delly phbl internals being used bar the idle which can’t used. Had good results on an imola tuned barrel with rapid acceleration and impressive top end, just couldn’t get the midrange set up right after which I destroyed the immy and gave up on them.
