Jetting help please 30mm OKO PWK. I am running a stage 4 SIL, 48 mm AF Clubman, Jap con rod, 3mm spacer and modified AF Rayspeed crank. Has anyone got a similar set up and please include air filter. Finally why has the TS1 got the carb on the other side ???

Jetting should be around 124 - 128 main , 40 pilot and JJH needle mid clip pos'n , TS's have the carb t'other side cos of the reed valve that they use :)

Hi St George.

I have a 28/30 Koso.. same carb basically.

I have a 115 main believe it or not. JJH needle middle clip and wait for it ......:-.......

A 32 pilot !!!.
Just on the rich side. Had a 36 pilot with expansion exhaust but now 32 pilot with the Clubman. Home made tea strainer filter (tesco s/s!) and jubilee clip over bellmouth.

Not saying it would be right for you because no 2 set ups are the same but it starts and runs nice and clean right through the revs. 7500 miles like this

Hopefully have is fitted when I can find a cheap manifold. Do you or have you run yours with side panels or don't they fit with these carbs.

Side panels. Cut a hole years ago and put a chrome intake mesh fitting on it but it wasn't necessary. Probably more blingy than functional !

Hi Chris. Fitted the beast today, had trouble getting a jubilee clip to fit petrol pipe, not much room. Started well on choke and off choke. Pulls away rapid then gets farty on 3rd to half throttle. Will start jetting experiments asap.

I had right grief with my 30 mm Delly, could not get it right. Back to the 30 mm OKO . 128 Main, 50 pilot and standard needle, open carb. Starts great. Took her out and it flew in all gears. A great little carb with no issues. The rubber connector is a bit short but I will pop into JB Tuning in the morning. Hope this helps others, thanks for all the input lads. : )
