Anyone running a 186 muggy through a 25mm dellortto remote air filter and sterling expansion pipe any info on what jets you are using would be appreciated thanks in advance

Not the same set up as yours Scootopia Ancillotti and standard air filter.
Main jet 102
Needle D29P2
Atomiser AQ270
Pilot 48

I am running very similar muggy 186, varitronic and 26mm dellorto sterling pipe.
timing 17degrees at BTDC at fast idel
pilot 53
atomiser AV266
main jet 118
runs really well top speed about 65 cruise just under 60.
I would recommend getting it set up on a dyno £50.oo approx. well spent.

Here's mine,s2li mugello 186,28mm open dellorto main 136,pilot 50,choke 70,x7 needle 2nd clip from the top,taffspeed copy exhaust,75mph on gps and sip speedo with more on tap,set up on chalkies dyno 17 hp and 13 torque I'm well happy.

Chalkie kept going bigger as it was lean when rolling off the power,said it could've been the kit and exhaust combination.
