Cheers Dave,a mates bought a second hand muggy 200 engine and the jetting looks fine when i checked the carb today. It starts but is really lazy revving and dripping fuel from exhaust manifold so im gonna check the timing next.

The av atomiser is 2mm shorter at the top where it enters the venturi of the carb . this has the effect of weakening the mixture as the needle sits further into the atomiser .so an AV266 will give a richer mixture against an AS266 at the same clip position on the needle.
hope this helps
