Hi, Can anyone advise, on a set up for Amal 30ml mk1 carb,185 Casa kit, Ancillotti 42mm exhaust? Any help? Cheers

I thought these were designed for the big four stroke as in BSA Norton Etc. Could be wrong.

There are also two stroke versions.
I'm going to use a 30mm on a Race-Tour 195 soon.

I use a 32mm one on a 250cc but I cannot remember the jetting now.

I have this jetting setting from the old forum.
I cannot remember who posted it,but it was for a cast iron 225cc

280 main
25 pilot
3 1/2 slide
107 needle jet

I would start with 30-35 pilot and 300-310 main,then work it down if needed.
Don't blame me if you hole the piston :)

On my 250 with the 32mm,I must use 40-45 pilot and 320-330 main.
