Chiselspeed m-tech timing adjuster

Just building up a motor and have an m-tech box ...no instructions. Anyway I presume the 2 red wires from the box go between the the red pic up from the stator and CDI, one is black wire from the box is an earth . What's the other wire for ....looks like another earth?

There used to be a wiring and set up pdf on mb tech site. Presume it's still there

Yes there is....but it only shows a box with 2 red and one earth ...just had look on mb site .
