Start with a really large main jet, and work your way down to one that revs cleanly. I can only tell you what jetting I run on my TS1. It's ported but is standard 70 mm bore x 58 mm stroke: 360 main, 6EN11-57 needle on 2nd richest setting, 25 pilot. I assume that your RB would use larger jets / richer needles? The nice thing about Mikuni is you can do one jet at a time, always working down from the main.
