Varitronic Ignition....Help!!

Is there a real idiots guide to cable connections/system installation for Varitronic Ignition? I have fitted the Stator Plate and the Flywheel, but the wiring [no battery model] beats me.........new wiring loom [electronic] from MB.but I still cannot fathom out the connections. The Wiring diagram does not help me....!!??

I might be able to help you when I can get to my diagrams, I had the same issues but eventually got my head around it, but I added a battery, key ignition and 12v dc conversion with a wassell regulator and converted stator plate to my set up, so confused was an understatement, so watch this space ok (unless someone else comes along to explain first)

Did you get a wiring picture with the varitronic kit?
