Does anyone know 1/ whether you need to Dremel out the engine case to match the barrel to the case on a Muggy kit or not ? and 2/ Ideal squish required and 3/ Ideal timing setting ........thanks in advance

Thoughts -

1. You don't HAVE to but it can improve gas flow to the transfers.
2. 1-1.5mm not less that 1mm though.
3. 17 degrees BTDC if you're running static timing would be in the ball park.
