Has anybody tried one of these 42mm S1/S2 clubmans yet? I like the thought of standard looking s2 exhaust with a better performance

How do they compare with a S3 42mm clubman?

I was thinking of running my standard S2 150 with a 42mm pipe and a new 25mm dellorto just to give it a little bit more power..thoughts anyone???

I've got one fitted to my GP 200 engined Series 2. I wanted the original look. Sounds good. Not too loud or tinny. Can't really comment on full on performance as I'm still running in but it revs freely and I'm optomistic it won't choke at full throttle. Oh and it fitted without any fettling required!!!!

They're great, had one on my S1 after having a standard S3 Clubman on with no noticeable difference in performance.

Thanks for both replies -

@ Rich - just for clarification:- the 42mm S2 Casa exhaust performance is comparable to a S3 standard clubman, not a 42mm S3 Clubman....?

Hi Rich - I understood that the S3 42mm clubman exhausts (also known as big bore?) had different diameter downpipe / swan neck ( & probably internals) to the standard S3 exhaust which has a thinner downpipe???

Ok I was talking about a S3 Clubman and not a standard exhaust.
