Head cowling improvements

Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Photographs mmmmm.
My camera makes pictures that are 5+Mb jpeg which are too big for posting I think. I need to find a way of condensing these into something more manageable. When I've figured that out I post some pics.


Dropbox is available free & a hassle free way of adding files, IMHO. (https://www.dropbox.com/en_GB/)

BTW, the longer response of yours (detailing your analytical approach to improving head cowlings) makes for excellent reading..... :)

Open a free account on Photobucket, that will allow you to upload any size photo and you will be able to export it as an 'img' file directly onto forums like these 8-)

There is a free piece of software called PIXresizer

I too would be interested to see the photos of the cowling improvements.

All this overshadows my recent activity welding a cracked head cowl !!!
I was pleased with my efforts with me new MIG kit!
